He is the CEO of myHomeSpot.com, a company that manages nearly 10,000 homes across more than 90+ communities throughout Northwest Florida. His leadership experience extends across multiple local businesses, including Beach Laundry on Pensacola Beach, two co-working spaces, and a facility maintenance company. These ventures reflect his commitment to job creation, responsible management, and a strong local economy.
Glenn and his wife, Kimberley Hadley—herself a Pensacola native and owner of Happy Dog Resort—have raised two children: Luke, a commercial pilot, and Lauren, a senior at the University of Southern Alabama.
